Digital downloads

Our books, workbooks, and journals are instant digital downloads delivered in full at the time of purchase, so all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once a file has been delivered. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your file, email carolineswan@stellaroasisconsulting.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Pre-sale and pre-order titles

Pre-sale orders on forthcoming titles (for example After the Armor™ Female Edition and Life After Survival™) are non-refundable. If you cancel a pre-sale order, your payment becomes a contribution to the writing of the book and to our work with Veterans. Stellar Oasis Consulting is not a registered charity, so this contribution is not tax-deductible. Delivery dates shown on pre-sale pages are our best estimate; if a release date moves, pre-sale buyers are notified by email first.

Retreats and intensives

Retreat and intensive payments are governed by the agreement you sign before booking. Deposits are transferable to a new date up to 30 days before travel; requests to move a date inside 30 days are handled case by case.

Discount codes

Discount codes, including the Veteran and military family code VETERAN20, apply to books, workbooks, and journals at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
